Ms. Takahashi is a managing director of a dry cleaner’s “Hokuyosha” in Minamisoma city, Fukushima prefecture. Immediately after the disaster, she has put a report on serious and extensive damage to the community on the website which gets a large response. She enthusiastically supports children and the youth in their activities to bring hope to the community in the future.
